This policy explains what Munai does with personal data collected through munai.net: what we collect, why we need it, who else sees it, and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
Depending on how far you go with us, that is:
- Data you send us: the name and phone number from the request form, plus whatever you tell us in a call, an email or a chat.
- Program data, once you are a member: company details, vehicles and drivers, the cards and codes issued to them, fuel transactions and invoices.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, the pages you opened and the page that sent you here.
- Your language choice, kept in a cookie so the site opens in the language you picked.
3. How the request form works
The form finishes in our Telegram bot: once you submit your name and phone number, we open the bot so you can complete the request there.
From that moment Telegram also processes the conversation under its own privacy policy, and the Telegram profile you write from becomes visible to us. If you would rather not use Telegram, email or call us instead — the same request works.
4. Why we use it
We use personal data to:
- answer your request, check eligibility and open an account;
- run the program: authorise fuel purchases, watch for fraud, issue invoices and collect payment;
- support you when you write or call, and tell you about changes to the program you use;
- keep the records that tax, accounting and anti-fraud rules require of us;
- understand which pages of this site are useful, so we can improve them.
5. Cookies
This site sets one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which holds the language you chose. It carries no advertising identifier and follows you nowhere else.
If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
6. Who else sees it
We share personal data only where it is needed to run the program:
- fuel networks and partner stations, to authorise a purchase and settle it;
- payment and banking providers, to invoice and collect;
- vendors that host this site, send our email and run our support tools — under contract, and only on our instructions;
- advisers, auditors and public authorities, where the law requires it;
- a buyer of the business or part of it, with this policy continuing to apply.
7. What we never do with it
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
8. Where data is processed
Our providers may process data outside the country you are in, including in the United States. Where a transfer needs a legal safeguard, we rely on standard contractual clauses with the provider.
9. How long we keep it
A request that does not become an account is kept for up to 12 months, so we can pick the conversation back up. Program and invoice data is kept for the life of the account and then for as long as tax and accounting rules require — as a rule, up to seven years. After that we delete it or strip it of anything that identifies a person.
10. How we protect it
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to program data is limited to the people who need it for their work, and card and payment details are handled by our regulated payment providers rather than stored on this site.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to a particular use, or withdraw a consent you gave.
Write to info@munai.net and we will answer within 30 days. You can ask us to stop calling or messaging you at any time, and we will keep only what we need to honour that request.
12. Children
The program is for professional drivers and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if that happens, write to us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the program or the law changes. The date at the top says when it last changed, and account holders get notice by email before a material change takes effect.
