Terms of Use
Last updated: August 18, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to munai.net and to the Munai fuel program. By using the site or sending us a request, you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Munai LLC (“Munai”, “we”, “us”) operates this site and runs a fuel purchasing program for truck drivers and fleets in the United States. You can reach us at info@munai.net or (832) 486-0470.
2. What the program is
Approved members fuel at partner stations at wholesale pricing without paying upfront, and receive one consolidated invoice at the end of each billing period.
- Discounts apply to diesel bought at in-network partner stations and are calculated on your statement, not at the pump display.
- We neither own nor operate the stations in the network — fuel is sold to you at the station, under our program.
- Savings figures shown on this site are averages from past periods. They describe what members have achieved, not a result we promise you.
3. Eligibility and requests
The program is for business use by drivers and fleets. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the company you register.
Sending the form on this site is a request, not an account. We review each request, may ask for documents, and may decline it.
4. Your account and credentials
Cards, codes and logins we issue are for you and your drivers only. Keep them confidential: purchases made with them are treated as yours until you tell us the credential is lost or compromised.
Tell us straight away at info@munai.net or (832) 486-0470 if a card or code goes missing, or if you see a transaction you do not recognise.
5. Prices, discounts and fees
Pump prices change constantly and differ between stations. Your discount is applied per gallon when the transaction settles, so the amount you save is the one shown on your invoice.
The program described on this site has no membership, setup or transaction fee. If that ever changes, we tell you before the change applies to your account.
6. Invoicing and payment
At the end of each billing period you receive a single invoice covering every purchase in that period. It is due within the term stated on the invoice itself.
Late amounts may carry a late-payment charge and may lead us to lower a limit or suspend cards until the balance is settled. Disputing one line does not postpone the rest of the invoice — write to us and we will look into that line.
7. Acceptable use
When you use the site and the program, you agree not to:
- give false information, or use the program for anyone other than the business on the account;
- resell fuel bought under the program, or share cards and codes outside your company;
- use the program for vehicles that are not on your account, or for purchases it does not cover;
- interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or try to reach data that is not yours.
8. Partner stations and other third parties
Partner stations, payment providers and the Telegram bot that finishes a request are operated by third parties under their own terms. Fuel quality, pump equipment and service at a station are that station's responsibility.
If something goes wrong at a station, tell us — we will help you escalate it with the network, but we cannot control how a third party behaves.
9. Content on this site
The text, artwork, logo and code of this site belong to Munai or its licensors. You may use the site to evaluate and manage the program; you may not copy its content into a competing product or present it as your own.
10. Availability and disclaimers
The site and the program are provided as they are. We work to keep both running, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the site, of any particular station, or of any particular discount at a given moment.
11. Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, Munai is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — a missed load, lost profit, downtime or the cost of fuel bought elsewhere.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the program at any time; amounts already invoiced remain payable. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, suspected fraud, or a breach of these terms, and will tell you why.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the program develops. The date at the top says when it last changed, and we give account holders notice by email before a material change takes effect. Using the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Before any formal step, please write to us. Nearly everything is settled in a single call.
